# Complaints

How to raise a complaint about this site's content, conduct, or service, and what happens after you do.

## What counts as a complaint

Offensive or inappropriate content, an accessibility barrier, a broken feature, or a concern about how a previous message was handled. A factual error in an exercise or lesson is a correction, not a complaint. See [Methodology](https://www.criticalthinkingexercise.org/pages/methodology.md). A copyright concern goes through [Copyright](https://www.criticalthinkingexercise.org/pages/copyright.md) instead.

## How to file one

Email contact@criticalthinkingexercise.org or use the [contact form](https://www.criticalthinkingexercise.org/pages/contact.md). Include the page URL, what happened, and what you'd like to see change.

## What happens next

Every message gets a reply within one business day, Monday through Friday. This is a small, single-person site with no multi-tier escalation process. The person who runs it reads and answers every complaint directly.

## If you're not satisfied

Reply to the same thread and ask for it to be looked at again.
