Have questions, feedback, or suggestions? We'd love to hear from you.

The contact form goes to the small editorial team that writes and maintains the exercises, lessons, and category content on this site. Every message is read by a human, not a chatbot, and the messages that produce the most useful changes tend to be the specific ones: a particular question whose answer or explanation seems wrong, a lesson section that confused you in a particular way, a category you would like to see covered, a broken link or accessibility issue you encountered on a specific page. Concrete reports are easier to act on than general impressions, and they often surface real problems that we would not catch from internal review alone.

We also welcome suggestions for new exercise topics, new audience pages (we currently cover adults, college students, high-school students, managers, and nursing students), and lessons that you wish existed. We cannot promise to add everything that gets requested — the curriculum is built around a deliberate sequence and adding scattered topics would weaken it — but every suggestion is logged and reviewed, and recurring requests do shape the roadmap. If you encountered an error in a quiz explanation or have a peer-reviewed source that would improve a lesson, please include the link or citation; that kind of input goes straight into the next revision pass.

Response times are typically within one business day Monday through Friday during US East Coast hours. For urgent issues like reporting accessibility problems or possible factual errors that could mislead readers, please mark the subject line accordingly and we will prioritize. We do not collect email addresses for marketing, share them with third parties, or sign you up for anything. The site has no newsletter, no sales funnel, and no account requirement; the contact form exists only for the two-way communication that helps us make the exercises better.

FAQ

Frequently Asked Questions

Are the exercises and lessons really free?

Yes. Every exercise, every lesson, and every downloadable resource on the site is free and does not require an account. We do not sell learner data and there is no paid tier hiding behind the free one.

Can I suggest a new exercise or topic?

Please do. The most useful suggestions describe a real situation where you (or someone you watched) made a reasoning mistake, along with what pattern you think was at play. That kind of context lets us write questions that feel like the world, not like a textbook. Email hello@criticalthinkingexercise.org or use the form on this page.

I spotted an error in a question or explanation. What should I do?

Tell us — with as much detail as possible. Include the URL, the question, and why you think the current answer or explanation is wrong. Corrections are one of the highest-value emails we get and we act on them within a few days where the evidence supports a change.

How fast do you reply?

We aim to respond to every message within one business day (Mon–Fri). Technical bug reports and content corrections get priority; partnership and press inquiries may take a little longer because they are handled by one person.

Do you offer classroom or organization licenses?

There are no paid licenses because everything is already free for classroom and organizational use. If you would like to embed exercises, reference lessons in a syllabus, or adapt content for training, write to us — we are happy to coordinate and share a style guide for attribution.

Can I contribute content or translations?

Yes, both are welcome. For content contributions, the best starting point is drafting a single exercise in the same format as existing ones and sending it over. For translations, let us know which languages you can cover and we will share the source files plus a short editorial checklist.

How do you handle privacy?

The site is a static build with no user accounts, no analytics cookies that track individuals, and no third-party advertising. We only see the information you choose to email us. Your name and message are used to reply to you and are not shared.
